“Whether we name divine presence synchronicity, serendipity, or graced moment matters little. What matters is the reality that our hearts have been understood. Nothing is as real as a healthy dose of magic which restores our spirits.”
i went shopping in broomfield today and spent too much money. i got this sweet console table..very small, very gray, and made of steel. i wasn't even sure where i would put it, but it fits nicely in the 2nd bedroom.
anyway, as i was leaving the shop and picking up the table, the person who packed and helped me load said quietly to me.. "i've met you a couple of times before. it was at 12 step meetings. and i did recognize him slightly from about 3 years ago. i don't think he kept attending. but i asked how he was doing and he said great. he asked if i had a card as he was looking for an hiv meeting. i gave him a card, wished him well, told him about strength in numbers, and went on my way.
oh yeah, that's what i do...
as a parallel here, today's sound choice is allison moyet's "windmills of your mind"

Cool table!
I know about doing what we do. We don't just do it at the office. It's our life, and we do it wherever it needs to be done.
I like the table and the table top decor. There is something very comforting about nesting, building a space for yourself.
I haven't heard this song in years. I had forgotten that I liked it.
You do what you do because it's a part of you to do so. The world is better for your part in it.
