so many little things have been holding my heart ransom. i haven't been able to communicate clearly, to think without agenda, and to get beyond cycling through memories in my head. today, i am going to make a real effort to change that tape. it's not going to be easy, but something needs to change.
traditionally, today is a day of resurrection and a day to remember that forgiveness is possible and necessary to move on. and i hope i can catch that ride. i need to run because i don't want to miss its departure. goodness knows i can use the distraction.
