I love Kristin Chenoweth but I'm not quite certain what to make of this. I laughed but felt guilty for doing so. It doesn't seem appropriate to get the giggles for a parody of such a serious subject as addiction and intervention. Yet, I found humor in it. I like your title, "cultural competence?" A certain amount is needed in order to get the parody.
