getting my head clear did involve a lot of time and a lot of change. i needed to change my perceptions, my attitudes, my assumptions, and my expectations. i had to change my hangouts, and the people i hung out with. i even had to change the reasons i was hanging out. an overhaul to the nth degree was a requirement for me (and still is) for me to get the benefit of change. i really only had to change one thing about my life to start to honestly get well though.....EVERYTHING!!!!
