once

i had a chance to see this film last weekend and i was enchanted indeed. it is a musical through and through. so all you queers that either confirm or deny that musical theater is a part of our genes, can once again validate your intuition. the music is a character in this story. and an important one, too. and the life circumstances and the relationship depicted here are at once trite and full of innuendo. a magical combination. i definitely felt my own humanity move closer after seeing this and it reconfirmed that indeed i am drawn towards artists and self expression addicts. and that is something i am completely joyful about and hopelessly grateful for.
