i googled myself

i know it's seemingly vain. a leopard can't change spots and neither do narcissists-at least not overnight. but i am curious how i look to the outside world. and as i was reviewing my stats and the visitor links, i noticed that a local aso had googled me and visited my blog. and so i was really curious to see what they did. and i wonder what they were looking for.

i am synonymous with an article that came out in december and then this blog. and as i consider this, i am completely okay with that prospect. i am blessed to be in a position to bring any attention to crystal meth recovery. i live it. i breathe it. and i believe in it. i hope to help normalize recovery. it can be a standard. recovery can be an asset. it is a blessing. it is a virtue.

and even though i have certainly done plenty of interesting things before these two particular events in my life, i am completely ok with the idea that this is who i am right now. I know that i am more, but that isn't the point today. the point is that i may be able to shine even the slightest bit of light on this issue of recovery. that's the bomb. that's stellar to me. today, this is who i am and where i stand. and i can't think of anyplace i'd rather be (for more than two weeks anyway).
