this is a note (pun intended) for all my friends in recovery. and for all those not yet there. hope is real. life can be good. you can feel worth. you can feel love able again. you can hold your head up with your face towards the sun. life honestly does get better. if you let it. forget about controlling the outcome of every situation. do yourself a favor and love yourself and be open to new ideas. treat yourself really well today. look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself. and that you will be there for yourself. you deserve love. believe it. if you are not in this place yet, let someone else in recovery love you until you can love yourself. be kind to yourself and to others. and let others be kind to you. and let love in.
